Shipping Information for Madu Living:
At Madu Living, we are delighted to deliver our premium products to customers across Australia. We collaborate with reputable carriers based on your location to provide the best service, care, and pricing options. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Geebung, QLD, and we also offer complimentary in-store pickup for customers in South-East Queensland.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, considering your location, weight, and item dimensions. Estimates based on your postcode can be obtained on each product page. For those residing in 'regional' areas, where national carriers' delivery charges are significantly higher, you may inquire about reducing costs by quoting delivery to a friend or relative in the nearest metropolitan area.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available during business hours. If no one can receive the delivery, you can provide an Authority To Leave (ATL) in the comments section, specifying the preferred location for the goods. Please provide a physical address, as we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Tracking is available for some items through the courier company's online system, but larger bulkier items may not offer this service.
Estimated transit times after dispatch from our warehouse are as follows:
- Brisbane: 1-2 days
- Melbourne: 2-4 days
- Sydney: 2-5 days
- Adelaide: 3-5 days
- Perth: 6-17 days
- Tasmania: 3-12 days
For orders dispatched with national freight companies like TNT, you will receive an email with a consignment number for online tracking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for product delivery. Upon payment of freight charges, your goods are insured under our freight insurance policy. In case of damage during transit:
- If the packaging is damaged, take clear photos.
- If an item is damaged after unpacking, take clear photos of the damage.
- Submit photos to ammon@maduliving.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the items for insurance claims.
Failure to submit photos within 24 hours will result in no insurance claim, and we cannot reimburse or replace damaged goods.
If we are unable to source or deliver the goods as ordered, Madu Living reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Note: Madu Living is not liable for goods transported by your chosen courier. We recommend obtaining freight insurance for items picked up by your courier to ensure replacement or repair in case of damage or loss.
